Warranty/Return Policy:
iMarine USA offers a return period of 30 days from date of receipt.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for ALL returns and MUST be returned to the address stated on the RMA.
Returned products must be complete in the original packaging and resellable. Opened and/or unsealed DVDs, CDs, and cartography are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
No Returns of any Cartography chips.
No Returns of cut wire or other cut products.
Special order items may not be returned unless defective.
Returns of certain oversize items such as inverter/charges, water trampolines, kayaks, offshore liferafts and such will incur a restocking fee of 15% if returned for reasons other than defect or shipping damage.
Damage caused by improper installation is not covered under this policy.
To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to RMA@iMarineUSA.com or call (805) 409-4700 (Option 3 for the RMA Department) and be sure to provide the original invoice number, product being returned, and the reason for return.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges.
All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing parts, upon inspection will be charged a restocking fee, at our discretion. Returned merchandise may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%; please contact the RMA Department for details.
Shipping Damage Claims:
Any claims for goods damaged in shipment MUST be made within 10 days of receipt of product. Otherwise the shipping companies will not honor the claim. NO shipping claims can be made after 10 days.
