Carriers Service Guarantee Suspension During the COVID-19 Crisis

While iMarine USA will continue to offer expedited shipping options and although most shipments do make it on time, we cannot guarantee service in the requested time frame. We will not refund shipping costs for expedited shipments during the COVID-19 crisis.

Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020.

FedEx Global Suspension of Money-Back Guarantee
The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis, which is impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service. As aresult, we have made the decision to suspend our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedExGround®, FedExFreight®, and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice. Because FedEx is an essential transportation service provider, we will continue operating as government restrictions and regulations allow.

In order to bring you the best possible selection and service, our warehouses are strategically located across the United States. Your order may ship from any one of these warehouses based upon available inventory and shipping destination. If your order is time critical, please call us to determine which warehouse we are shipping from so that we can ensure you receive your order when you need it. Orders consisting of two or more items may be shipped from multiple locations.

No matter how your order is shipped or where it ships from, you can rest assured that it will be quickly processed and promptly delivered.

The FREE Shipping offer will not apply to any order where partial shipments reduce the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $75. Cancellation or return of any item(s) from an order causing the qualifying purchase to fall below $75 will cause the order to default to the $9.95 Flat Rate Shipping rate.

Please note: Our Next Business Day Shipping option will be delivered only on weekdays (standard business days). A Next Business Day shipment which ships on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Should you need Saturday delivery please contact our sales team for a Saturday delivery quote.

Alaska, Hawaii and International Destinations

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. offshore territories and international destinations do NOT ship for free. Please contact us for shipping rates to these destinations. (Some products, such as certain night vision cameras, cannot be shipped to international destinations.)

International shipments may be subject to customs or import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or tariffs as applied by the country to which the product is being sent. You as the importer are responsible to pay these expenses when the product reached the destination country in order to complete the shipment.

iMarine USA is NOT responsible for such import fees or customs duty outside of the USA.

Undervalued or "Gift" Invoices

iMarine USA is required by law to declare full value of the product on any and all invoices, waybills and customs documentation. Sorry, we cannot under value any invoices or mark international invoices as gifts.

Oversize or Overweight Items

Some restrictions apply to oversized or overweight items and are not covered by our Free or Flat Rate shipping. These shipments will be made by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or truck freight at our discretion. For any shipments requested to be made by another carrier, that carrier’s normal shipping rates may apply.

Factory Drop Ship

Any factory drop-ship charges will be charged at the same rate charged to us by that factory. We do not add any surcharge to shipping rates.

Special Orders

We are pleased to work with you on any special orders, however all special orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable. The delivery time of any special order is quoted by the manufacturer and is beyond our control.

Special order items do not qualify for Free or Flat Rate shipping. Please contact us for shipping rates for special ordered items. Payment for all special ordered items will be collected at the time of order.

When will my order ship?

We make every effort to ship all orders the same day they are received provided the products are in stock. Orders placed late in the day may not ship until the next day depending on which warehouse they are shipping from. Orders with different shipping/ billing addresses may be delayed due to our fraud protection protocols.

Estimated Ship Dates

We try our best to provide estimated ship dates on items that are not in stock if that information is available to us.

Ship dates listed on our site for any particular product are estimates provided by the suppliers of that product and are beyond our control. These dates are provided to give an estimate of when a product may be available. iMarine USA is not responsible for any delays in shipments based on any suppliers estimated ship dates.

Signature Requirement

Depending on the value of a shipment and/or the destination, a signature may be required for delivery.

Alternate shipping addresses

We realize there are many reasons a customer may wish to ship to an address other that the credit card billing address. Our first priority is your security. In order to protect you, our customer, from potential credit card fraud, we must confirm the alternate shipping address.

The best way to facilitate this would be for you to call your credit card company, using the telephone number on the back of your credit card, and ask them to register the alternate address on your account. This will not change your billing address, it will only add the alternate shipping address to your account.We apologize for any inconvenience but by taking this action you are helping us to provide you with the highest level of security against credit card fraud. Please note that if we do need to obtain a manual authorization from your credit card company, there may be a delay in shipping your order. We reserve the right not to ship to an alternate shipping address if we cannot verify it.

Sales Tax

Nevada state sales tax will apply to orders shipping to Nevada.

Shipping Damage Claims

Any claims for goods damaged in shipment MUST be made within 30 days of receipt of product. Otherwise the shipping companies will not honor the claim. NO shipping claims can be made after 30 days.
